Fence Cleaning
A fence takes the weather from both sides and gets no shelter at all, so it goes green and then gray faster than anything else on the property. Wood fencing needs a controlled pressure that removes the growth without furring the grain, because once you fuzz the surface it holds dirt worse than before and takes stain unevenly. Vinyl and metal fencing clean up differently again. If you plan to stain or seal afterward, the wash has to come first and the wood has to dry fully.
