House Washing
A house wash is not a pressure wash. We run low pressure and let the cleaning solution do the work, which is the only safe way to clean siding, brick, stucco and painted wood. High pressure on a house drives water behind the siding, strips paint, etches soft brick and blows out window seals. Those repairs cost more than the wash did. We treat the surface, let it dwell, then rinse it down so the growth comes off at the root instead of getting knocked back for a few months.
